2.Working principle of Hydraulic Vane pump
(1) The working principle of the single-acting Hydraulic Vane pump: The outer surface of the rotor and the inner surface of the stator of the single-acting Hydraulic Vane pump are both cylindrical. The center of the rotor and the center of the stator maintain an eccentricity e. There are oil suction windows and pressure oil windows on the oil distribution pan. When the rotor rotates, the enclosed volume composed of the two adjacent blades, stator, rotor and oil distribution plate in the lower part increases, and the oil is sucked through the oil suction window; while the two adjacent blades, stator, rotor and oil distribution plate in the upper part are composed of The sealed volume is reduced, and the oil is sent to the oil pressure pipe through the oil pressure window.
