When the oil temperature is lower than 15°C or greater than 60°C, operation is prohibited. To adjust the oil temperature, it can be heated or cooled in advance. The hydraulic oil should be replaced once every 1 to 6 months, and the oil tank should be cleaned to remove dirt and dust. The most taboo of Non-standard hydraulic system for industry is that the oil becomes dirty and deteriorated, otherwise the dust will be stuck on the oil suction filter, which will increase the noise and reduce the life of the oil pump. Therefore, always keep the oil clean.

4. Adjustment sequence of Non-standard hydraulic system for industry
